How do I register my AT&T account online? ›

If you do not remember your AT&T online account management User ID, try our Forgot User ID/Password? link found on the Sign In page. Select the User ID option, enter your main telephone number, select the Continue button, and then follow the instructions to retrieve your User ID.

How do I reset my PIN or online password? Go to the AT&T PREPAID sign-in page. Select Forgot Password. Enter your wireless number and choose Request Online Password or Request 4-Digit PIN (you can select both).

Go to your myAT&T Profile and sign in with the ID you want to use as your primary account. Scroll to Account settings and select Linked accounts. Choose Link another account. Select the service you want to link and then choose Continue.
