Hi all. I have only used Linux a little bit here and there, but I'm trying to get used to it and thinking of using it as my main OS. Basically I'm trying to run WIndows games and I have this problem where every game seems to micro-stutter for me. I have an i7-7700k, 16GB 3000MHz DDR4 and a VEGA 64 GPU. I was messing around with Mint a while back with a HD6950 and managed to get it all working the way I wanted to, including somehow fixing the stutter. It was even lag free with the VEGA 64

Okay so if everythings ruled out except the video card driver at this stage, we need to focus on the physical GPU, its driver, or some physical shenanigans (overheating? slot issue? power issue? monitor??)

Among livestock, S. Infantis is especially isolated from broilers. Following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines, a systematic review was conducted by searching in three databases (Web of Science, Scopus, and PubMed) for English-language studies (1957–2023) that reported the prevalence of S. Infantis in broiler farms. Eligible studies included epidemiological investigations conducted in broiler chickens by sampling the house environment (flock-level prevalence) or the birds (individual-level prevalence). A random-effect model was applied to calculate S. Infantis pooled prevalence estimates with 95% confidence intervals (CIs). Furthermore, to assess between-study heterogeneity, the inconsistency index statistic (I2) was calculated. Among 537 studies retrieved, a total of 9 studies reporting flock-level prevalence of S. Infantis and 4 reporting individual-level prevalence were retained for analysis. The flock-level pooled prevalence was estimated to be 9% (95% CI: 1–26%) and a high between-study heterogeneity was found (I2 = 99%, p < 0.01). How to improve the effectiveness of investment strategy is one of the difficulties in achieving the next low-carbon development goal. This paper aims to explore how to formulate appropriate investment strategies in a market with investors’ reactions in the face of capital shocks caused by low-carbon policies. Based on this, we consider investors’ overreaction to information and study the impact of overreaction on investment objectives and capital constraints. The initial measurement model of the investors’ reaction characters is constructed using the RUNS test method. The Baum–Welch algorithm is used to complete the iterative parameter estimation and the trend prediction. On this basis, the sustainable update strategy is constructed according to the reaction characters of different investors. This strategy can be interpreted as one that continuously adjusts and optimizes in accordance with the fluctuations in the market environment and net returns. It fills the gap in expressing the mapping relationship between investors’ reactions and price in traditional strategies and solves the problem of updating transaction costs in practice.
